Itinerary of the program:
Day 1 Pick up from the hotel in the morning and then travel in our tourist transportation to take us to the district of Maras, is in this place where we begin our trek, visiting this wonderful place and knowing a little more of the experiences of the local people. Having walked for a few miles to the archaeological complex of Moray, here we will visit and also a break to enjoy our snack. We continue our trek to the salt mines, in the path you can see a wonderful view of the surrounding valley. Salineras is visited for much people and is the unique zone in Peru where the people can get the salt of a natural form for cook, sell and export. Then we will continue until Urubamba to have lunch. After lunch we continue in our transport to Ollantaytambo and visit this site also the typical streets. In the evening we will take the train till Aguas Calientes town is here where we stay.
Day 2 Breakfast in the morning, then start our trek uphill to Machu Picchu, the walk is nice because we can see the beautiful sunrise. We will visit this area with the guide for about two hours, and then you have more time for exploring other site of the complex. In the afternoon we descend to Aguas Calientes for lunch and return by train to Ollantaytambo and then we will take the tourist bus to return to the city of Cusco.
